Sanctuary Sound is a safe space for dangerous sound. A place for artists and talents from all over can come and create professional works of art. From visual artists , musicians, poets, photographers and educators our space is available to the community it is a part of. Our business was create from the lack of affordable creative spaces and community organized programs that can enhance the creative minds that need our help. We are facing our largest challenge, which is the completion of our requirements of our 2,500 sq. ft. facility. The building is a perfect location for our bushiness and the financial burden is our biggest obstacle.
There is a huge lack of affordable creative spaces like ours and because of this the demand for our services will exponentially grow once we are established in our city. We are honored to promote and help develop the talent in our community in professional environment that can transform our artist into the movers and shaker that can change our community for the better. My business partner and I believe that this is the best way t create a successful business in our city that is starving for this type of service.
With him along with several independent professional we can begin to enhance the artist experience. The success of the business depends on the clients supporting it and with the artist that are already supporting the space we can create the self sustaining and profitable business.

Our space is in need of your help. We are about to lose this rare beacon of community expression. As expected the entities that are uncomfortable around Santa Ana’s marginalized and criminalized communities are actively attempting to shut us down. Graffiti, punk rock, ska pits, powerful poetries, culture and expression are once again under attack and we need your help.
The place is Sanctuary Sound, a safe space for dangerous sound. We are considered dangerous for expressing ourselves but why? Our communities are faced with a lack of artistic creative spaces that reflect the community we live in. Much of this is due to the mainstream reputation stamped on the disenfranchised and oppressed communities. But this label is not the reality.
Our working class communities find amazing creative and ingenious ways to create from our experiences using art, music, dance and the power of our words.
We started this tremendous task almost a year ago and have had a great deal of succesful attendance to our events workshops and recordings. Once we are certified by the city we can officially begin to offer our space as a resource for our community.
Any donations will be rewarded accordingly with what we can offer. Free entrance to events, rehearsal space, recording services (audio and /or video), photoshoot, space for events and much more. https://www.facebook.com/sanctuarysound714/
We will be having a series of events in December and January to show case all of the talent that has came through our doors and have been a part of the space Saturday December 9th, 2017.
